ABOUT RACHEL
Rachel has over 15 years of experience in the fitness and wellness industry, with a diverse background in movement and holistic health. A graduate of NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts, she studied dance and was a competitive swimmer in her youth, later transitioning from a successful early career as an actor and singer in New York, to focus on movement and wellness through Pilates and yoga.
Rachel holds comprehensive certifications in Contemporary Pilates (Pilates Academy International) and Classical Pilates (Power Pilates) and completed advanced training under Kathi Ross Nash, mastering the Red Thread Method. She is also a certified yoga instructor through New York Yoga and The Yoga Alliance, and prenatal certified through the Prenatal Yoga Center.
As a licensed health coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, Rachel has worked with everyone from individuals seeking to improve their health to celebrities, designing personalized meal plans and detox programs. Her holistic approach integrates fitness, nutrition, and wellness strategies to support overall health and well-being.
With over 2,000 hours of training, Rachel specializes in working with beginners, athletes, and pre- and postnatal clients, creating a supportive and personalized experience for each individual.
